Gamified Volunteering Methodology: is a package of activities in which the 4 partners are documenting and elaborating an innovative methodology for volunteers in the NGO sector. This methodology contains a theoretical framework regarding gamification as a non-formal learning tool, main principles of volunteering in NGOs and an interactive Platform with weekly activities for volunteers.
Gamified Internship Methodology: is a package of activities in which the 4 partners are documenting and elaborating an innovative methodology for interns (youth workers of other specialists in non-formal education) in the NGO sector. This methodology contains a theoretical framework regarding gamification as a non-formal learning tool, main principles of internship structures in NGOs and an interactive Platform with weekly activities for interns.
Pilot programs for Volunteering and Internship: is the testing phase of the methodologies elaborated previously, on which, during one year of activities, 20 youngsters and 20 youth workers/ interns will experience professional and personal development, with the help of their mentors and the gamified platform.
Toolkit for Organizational development of volunteering and internship programs on youth: contains several activities with the aim of developing NGO sector and increasing the capacity of NGOs to help young people and youth workers with an easier insertion on labour market. This package of activities contains: 2 international trainings for youth workers/ mentors/ supervisors, 1 Toolkit with methoological guidance for NGOs and 4 local multiplier events on dissemination purposes.
